Meet Our Founder, Ms. Thomas
Ms. Thomas, the owner of Naptime Heroes Daycare, believes childhood should be filled with joy, love, laughter, and the excitement of discovering something new. Inspired by seeing a child's eyes light up when they learn, she left her career as a Data Scientist at The Home Depot to create a place where little ones feel safe, encouraged, and excited to come each day. For the past two years, she has been dedicated to helping children build confidence while developing a genuine love of learning.
Her greatest hope is that every child who walks through her doors feels deeply loved, confident, and eager for the adventures ahead. What makes her most proud is seeing children thrive so much that they never want the day to end. To Ms. Thomas, there is no greater reward than watching children leave each day with smiling faces and excited hearts, ready to come back tomorrow.
